Winter Coat And Shoe Appeal
More than 37,000 children are living in poverty across Burnley, Pendle, Blackburn and Preston, and we are asking for your help to make their winter warmer.
“We are seeing first hand the consequences of child poverty in the region, from children coming to our church starving hungry, to working parents asking us if we can provide them with basic household necessities.”
Bishop Mick Fleming – Church on the Street.
Help Make Their Winter Warmer
100% of money donated to the appeal will be used to buy brand new winter coats and shoes for children. We will be targeting areas where we are able to get this clothing to children in the most need (see below).
