We’ve developed partnerships with a number of organisations who help provide various services to local communities. From healthcare and opticians to counselling, we look to build safe spaces where people can benefit from services that improve their health and wellbeing.
NHS (ELHT)
Working with the NHS (ELHT) we provide fortnightly HEP C clinics. This clinic is available for anyone and provides a safe confidential space for advice, testing, and support.
NHS (LSCFT)
Every week we work in partnership with the NHS to deliver physical health clinics that are available without an appointment.

Working with the NHS we have developed a drop in clinic specifically for people who need help, support, or advice with their mental health.
Social Prescribers
Social Prescribing is an approach that connects people to activities, groups, and services in their community to meet the practical, social and emotional needs that affect their health and wellbeing.
Elisha House
Elisha House Recovery Project aims to help men who are in the grips of addiction through keeping active, connecting with the community and learning new skills. The programme is based in Colne and offers supported accommodation to people who have a history of substance abuse.
Inspire
Inspire Substance Misuse Service encourages individuals struggling with drug (including alcohol) issues to find the strength and resources within themselves to achieve and sustain the life and behavioural changes they seek.
CALICO HOMELESS OUTREACH SERVICES
Homeless Navigators work to pro-actively engage some of the most vulnerable members of the community by reaching out to rough sleepers directly across East Lancashire and Lancaster.
Safenet: Domestic Abuse Support Services
We are delighted to announce our new partnership with Safenet. The Safenet outreach team will be at COTS every Thursday offering a drop in session. If you are worried about your own safety or the safety of anybody else, please feel free to drop in and chat to the team.
Shelter: The Housing & Homelessness Charity
Working in partnership with Shelter, we are able to provide drop clinics for people in need of housing or homelessness advice and support in the Burnley area.
